No instructions comes with this. This unit does not appear to have been used outside. That's about the extent of how to operate it I can tell.
Info on stickers on unit. I put the unit on number 1, plugged my lamp in, an hour later the lamp shut off. Few scratches here and there, but I doubt seriously it's actually been used out doors.
I plugged it in and checked each outlet and they all work fine. Type 3r enclosure 6 grounded outlet's functions go from o to 9 fa reset button to change settings. Plastic rain tight enclosure.
18 grounded power cord. It looks new.
