It is basically a complete package consisting of the PF30 itself, the original box which shows some wear, the owners manual, 2 sheets of cable labels some have been used, I even still have the rack mounts and screws which I never opened or used since I don't have a rack mounting system.

What is not included that it originally came with, a 6' Ethernet cable, a 6' phone cable, and a 6' coax cable, sorry I just don't remember which cables I used where but none stand out, just your basic Ethernet, phone and cable wires, nothing special. This is my Belkin pure av model PF30, it has 8 protected outlet's and comes with a 10' power cord that terminates with a right angle, low profile plug end. To supply the best quality picture and sound possible. I'm going to let decide the shipping cost on this one, its heavy and I don't want to guess.

Not only does it protect your expensive electronics from power surges from your electrical service which can be caused by anything from storms and lighting, to transformer and power line issues, but it also 'cleans' the power supply feeding your TV, game system, computer, etc. The last picture shows it packed up with 20' of bubble wrap just before I sealed the box, its ready to go to its new home to protect your stuff like it did mine.

There are a few scuffs on top from other equipment but the face is clear, removable feet are attached. The specs on this would take an hour to type but the above listed info is directly from the manual but it uses 'phase 3' pure filter circuitry, and is rated to 3245 joules and has protection to 165,000 amps maximum spike current.

This is one clean and well cared for piece of equipment, I took great care of it because it took care of my electronics. This guy is basically a home theater audio video power conditioner surge protector. Everything included is fully functional and looks great, I was literally using this 4 hours ago before I installed the one that was delivered today, it has not been sitting around collecting dust, it works great just like it should.
